Active Living

Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Adults need at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week and at least 2 muscle-strengthening activities per week.

The Fond du Lac Loop is a 15.4 mile bicycle and pedestrian pathway designed to facilitate a safe, healthy, enjoyable way for community members to explore our beautiful city and to provide cost effective alternative system of transportation. For more information visit the Loop website at www.fdlloop.com.

Park description pages have been created for City of Fond du Lac Parks that highlight park facilities, transportation and parking, hours, history and proximity to the Loop. Click below for a printable copy of each park sheet.
